Filippo & Rachel, thank you for your tremendous hospitality.You both have made our holiday one to remember. The villa was fantastic. The location was one that created tremendous memories for us all. also thank you for accommodating our family member with allergies, Your concern & efforts were appreciated. Villa San Fabiano has been the highlight of our trip to Italy.! We can’t imagine more gracious hosts. Rachel has been the best concierge/owner.Filippo is a great raconteure.We so enjoyed all the warm hospitality. Loved interacting with your competent and friendly staff. Wish we could stay longer ! We look forward to returning again one day soon. Thank you!

After a very difficult 18 months, we could not have asked for anything more fan than this amazing villa. There is no room for improvement, with exceptional service, facilities, hospitality, patience and friendness; the food was brilliant, attention to detail was amazing and always trying to meet our requests. we are four families of four, and we all we have had an amazing time. thanks to all the staff , without you this villa would not be as fantastic as it is. A special thanks to Filippo, Rachel and David for all their hard work in making this holiday of a lifetime... we will definetly come back!

this was our first visit to the countryside of Tuscany. We booked two weeks in villa SAN FABIANO and have loved our time here. The whole area, people and food were wonderful,but our stay was definitaly enhanced by the warmth and hospitality of the owners. Filippo, Rachel and David were superb in helping us whenever they could, from simple food requests to successfully navigating the local health system (twice). More important , they were great company and introduced us to great local attractions ,such as concerts by local musicians, and some great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful time.
