1-BOOKINGS

Bookings must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard), and 30% deposit.
The balance to be paid at Check-Out. If you are not insured, please take a minute to study our insurance.

2 - CANCELLATION POLICY

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and last minute cancellations give us little chance of rebooking. Late or delayed arrivals, non-arrivals or early departure are treated as cancellations.

>From booking until 90 days before Check-In: No penalty
>From 89 days until 45 days before Check-In: 50% penalty
>From 44 days until 0 days before Check-In: 100% penalty
Non-arrivals: 100% penalty

3 - CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-In from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Check-Out before 10 a.m.

4 - CLEANING

Daily cleaning (except Sundays and National Holidays), in the morning from 8.30am to 1.30pm. Towels changed daily; beds made; no dish-washing.

5 - LAUNDRY

Personal laundry costs 10 euro per load. You can use the ironing facilities, if you wish, without charge.

6 - SERVICES

Included:

Not included:
- phone calls
- ironing
- cooking
- cookery lessons (80 Euros each / minimum 4 persons)
- painting lessons (20 Euros each)
- horse riding (15 Euros each)
- personal laundry

7 - SECURITY

Please close the main door and all the windows when you leave, even for a short time. We are not responsible for the safety of children by the pool. We are not responsible for theft.
If you are alone in the farmhouse, use the intercom and ask who is at the door before opening.
